Yoga Loft Studios has taught heated, power and Ashtanga classes since 2012. Every room runs at its own temperature, from a 100° Hot 90 to an unheated Core Circuit. New here? Two weeks unlimited is $49.

200-hour teacher training

I have loved the instruction on foundational principles of Ashtanga yoga, and Jill is not only knowledgeable but always willing to answer our many questions to help us grow as teachers!

Flow with Jules

“Took Flow w Jules and loved it. Challenging in the best way. Sequencing was smooth, and the small alignment cues really added up. Highly recommend if you’re into a deeper practice.”

Picking a class

“Beautiful space and a variety of classes to choose from. Try yin or restorative for slower pace and “flow” classes for more fast pace. If you need high energy, go with sculpt.”
